Our care and educational work is based on a situational approach.
Together with the children, we prepare projects suited to their living environments and the current needs of the respective group.
Self-confidence and independence are appropriately encouraged, and childlike curiosity and enthusiasm for learning preserved and supported, through playing. Playing is the most important way for children to learn about, recognise and understand themselves and their environment. By enabling framework conditions for creative playing, we provide learning conditions suitable to the various ages and development levels, and facilitate individual and holistic learning. In this way, the children acquire basic skills to optimally prepare them for the next stages of their lives.
As a child day-care centre, we support families, i.e. we supplement the child-raising duties of the family, which requires a continuous, trustworthy partnership with the parents in order to achieve the set goals.
