The weekend care at the KinderCampus day care center offers flexible care for children aged 1 - 10 years of students, employees of the University of Hamburg as well as for children who are looked after in the day care centers of the Studierendenwerk. The weekend care can be booked in 2-hour blocks or full-time. The Kita KinderCampus opens its doors every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except holidays and closing times Kita KinderCampus).
Your child will be cared for by experienced pedagogical professionals who are part of the team of the Studierendenwerk Hamburg.
Period and costs
The support is divided into the following time blocks:
- Block 1: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Block 2: 12:00 to 14:00
- Block 3: 14:00 hrs to 1600 hrs
Booking of a two hour block:
students: 6 € (from WS 2020/21 8 €) per time block
Non-students: 10 € (from WS 2020/21 12 €) per time block
Students are only entitled to the student rate upon presentation of their student ID or certificate of enrollment.
Package price from WS 2020/21: If you book 18 hours per month, the fee is reduced to 60 € instead of 72 € for students and 95 € instead of 108 € for non-students.
