Then you can enjoy rooms for short-term rental in our student residences. The rooms are furnished, and include bed linen and an Internet connection! For stays between 1 and 6 months. The monthly rent for students starts by € 319 - € 330 (depending on student residence). Persons not studying may also rent short-stay rooms for a surcharge, but will be given lower priority.
A certain number of rooms are available for short-stay rents all year round in our Rahlstedt, Kiwittsmoor and Gustav-Radbruch-Haus student residences. See the overview for information on vacancies.
Rooms are occasionally also vacant in our other student residences, and are only assigned through the short-stay rentals office.
